STUDIES

Graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law in Tirana, she discussed her degree thesis on non-profit organizations and their constitutional legitimacy at the prestigious COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY of NEW YORK (USA).
After graduating, she specialized further by obtaining a MASTER in Ethical, Criminal, Civil, Family, Banking, Business and Labor Law.

ADDITIONAL TRAINING EXPERIENCES

She volunteered at the House of Justice and National Reconciliation Institute (ISHDPK), a non-profit organization funded by the UN that takes care of families subjected to the phenomenon of revenge, becoming a UN Ambassador of Honor.

She has also taken part rapporteur at numerous INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCES: in VIENNA and BUDAPEST (EQUALITY OF GENRES – EQUALITY BETWEEN THE SEXES), in SERBIA (HUMAN RIGHTS in ALBANIA) and in PRAGUE (constitutional changes in the former Yugoslav republics and published numerous reports and studies in the major Albanian legal journals.

WORK EXPERIENCES

It boasts EXCELLENT ORGANIZATIONAL and ADMINISTRATIVE abilities, especially in the field of HUMAN RESOURCES management, the result of its prestigious WORKs and VOLUNTARY EXPERIENCES at the MINISTRY OF JUSTICE OF THE ALBANIAN REPUBLIC, of which from 2012 to 2014 was ORGANIZER, COORDINATOR at major Albanian law firms, where she worked as a LAWYER for a period of 5 years.

From April 2014 she is coordinator and legal representative of the province of Elbasan and of the aforementioned ISHDPK.

Since October 2015 she is part of the Travel and Smile family. Initially as an office assistant and after as an office manager and coordinator. She currently holds the position of DIRECTOR of the clinic TRAVEL and SMILE.
